If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services and un-install any application from your hardware.
1. Privacy
We at Wired Betterment value your privacy and understand its significance. Our Privacy Policy has been crafted to provide essential information regarding the usage of our product and how we collect and utilize your content and information. We strongly recommend that you read our Privacy Policy thoroughly and use it to make informed decisions.
Please be aware that we use third-party API services to process the responses generated by the app. Therefore, we advise you not to disclose any personal information in your prompts as we cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties with that information.
By using our app, you agree to our Privacy Policy and any updates made to it from time to time. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or any part of it, please refrain from using our app.
2. Liability
By using this app, you acknowledge that you will be communicating with an artificial intelligence and not a human. Please be aware that the ai may occasionally provide inaccurate information, harmful instructions or biased content. We would like to make it clear that neither Wired Betterment Inc. nor Epic Bot Ai will be responsible or held liable for any actions that you may take in relation to using this app.
Please note that any responses provided by the app are solely for entertainment purposes and should not be taken as factual information. Any advice provided by the app should be considered at your own discretion.
By using this app, you agree to accept all risks associated with its use, and waive any and all claims against Wired Betterment Inc. and Epic Bot Ai related to its use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this app.
3. Payment
If you are a Premium User, you agree to pay all per-use fees or fees associated with your subscription, as appropriate ("Fees"). Epic Bot Ai may provide you with the ability to pay the Fees through a third party service. All subscriptions paid through these third parties are subject to the third party's Terms of Service, and we will not be responsible for anything contained therein. You are responsible for payment of any sales or use taxes associated with the Fees or your use of the App. If, for any reason, your payment is not received by Epic Bot Ai, your paid User account will revert to a free User account until payment is received by us. You agree that until your Premium User account subscription is terminated or expires, you will continue to remain responsible for the subscription payments, even if you do not use our service. Subscription payments are nonrefundable.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
